  • Misión´s achievements:Health Assistance: A total of 24 healthcare interventions were conducted by the team, either independently or in collaboration with an integrated physician from the health center. The average age of the individuals receiving assistance was 56 years, with a particular focus on cardiac-related pathologies.

    Resource Coordination: Other non-priority healthcare resources were coordinated for the transportation of healthcare professionals to patients’ residences, as well as for scheduled referrals or transfers to La Fe Hospital. A total of 43 alerts were coordinated, averaging 17 alerts per day.

    Psychological Interventions: Over a period of 5 days, SAMU psychological team performed 34 psychological follow-up assessments. Ten of these cases were retained for ongoing follow-up by the team, while the remaining cases were referred to local resources for further management.

    Logistical Support: The logistics team facilitated a total of 21 deliveries over the course of 5 days, primarily focused on the transportation of essential goods such as food, other deliveries included medications, toys, and clothing. Both teams also helped in initial mud clean-up chores.
