Paola Cristofini is an accomplished International, Sport, and Corporate Lawyer with over 15 years of experience in legal and humanitarian work. She holds a Master’s in Corporate Law, an MBA in Management, and a Master’s in Political Science with a focus on International Affairs. She is also certified in positive psychology, sports law, and mediation, among other areas. She has been dedicated to social services since 2002 and her passion for supporting vulnerable communities has led her to work extensively in rural areas of Venezuela, where she has taught, provided legal assistance, and served as a Judge of Peace for six years in El Hatillo, Caracas. In this role, Paola worked closely with local communities to resolve disputes and promote peace and justice. She also held leadership positions in various social projects that focused on education, youth leadership, and the protection of democratic values.

Currently, Paola serves as an Emergency Deployment Coordinator at SAMU First Response (Washington, DC), where she is responsible for coordinating rapid crisis response strategies for migrant populations. Her role involves collaborating with government agencies, NGOs, and local authorities to ensure the effective distribution of emergency supplies, risk management, and the opening of new support centers for migrants in need.

Paola’s leadership, combined with her expertise in legal matters, community engagement, and crisis management, has made her a key asset in the humanitarian field. Her ability to solve problems, think critically, and work under pressure has been crucial in her role at SAMU, where she continues to make a significant impact in addressing the needs of vulnerable populations worldwide.
