George Stefadouros is a seasoned finance professional with over two decades of experience driving financial strategy, growth, and operational excellence across multiple industries.

Before taking on the role of General Manager for SAMU First Response, George spent several years leading finance functions in large organizations. As the Commercial Finance Leader at Zeus Industrial Products, Inc., he managed the $430M Zeus Polymer Solutions Business Unit, overseeing financial planning and analysis, capital management, and supporting sales/marketing and product management. He was instrumental in implementing Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes and creating a global sales incentive plan for over 55 sales executives.

In his tenure as Chief Financial Officer at Time Domain Corporation, George successfully secured a $16 million investment by renegotiating contracts and identifying strategic partners. He significantly improved cash flow by reducing days sales outstanding and drove strategic initiatives that brought financial stability and growth to the company.

With experience spanning companies like Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Siemens, and US Tech Source, George has demonstrated his ability to lead teams, drive financial performance, and execute business transformations. At Hewlett Packard Enterprise, he managed $357 million in annual revenue while achieving 137% of the revenue target and 104% of the profit budget.

George holds an MBA in Finance from Boston University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Marketing from Babson College. His expertise in financial analysis, strategic planning, and corporate growth positions him as a trusted leader and consultant for organizations seeking to enhance their financial operations and achieve long-term success.  George lives with his loving wife and daughter in Chevy Chase, Maryland
