Erika Paredes
Services Coordinator
Erika Paredes is a criminalist with over seven years of experience internationally and domestically in helping those in crisis of domestic violence, humanitarian aid, education, and refugee services. She is passionate about migration, human rights, and justice, and has dedicated her career to supporting vulnerable communities.
Erika earned a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland and is currently working toward a Master’s degree in Social Work at the University of Baltimore.
She has worked with people in vulnerable situations in Cape Town, South Africa, and Guatemala, as well as several diverse regions across the U.S. These experiences have strengthened her commitment to human rights and helping those in need.
With a strong background in community service, Erika continues to advocate for justice and equality, using her skills to make a positive impact on the lives of those who need it most.
