Santiago Llop Indacochea was born on July 16, 1986, in Peru, and holds Spanish nationality through his heritage. Santiago earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences, followed by specializations in Sports Law at the University of Navarra and Sports Management through FIFA CIES, in partnership with the Royal Spanish Football Federation and Rey Juan Carlos University. Additionally, he has completed courses in Public Procurement at the Cajasol Institute, a Program in Executive Transformation at CEU San Pablo University, and studies in International Relations and Business Protocol at the Diplomatic Academic Foundation of Peru.

Santiago’s professional journey began as General Manager of PAWOK S.L., managing the Wok to Walk franchise in Pamplona. He then joined SAMU Group, where he first worked as a Project and Tender Specialist before advancing to Director of the Development Department. In this role, he is responsible for identifying and securing funding opportunities, leading strategic projects, and fostering institutional relations across international markets. Despite being based in Spain, Santiago frequently travels to the United States to support his team located in Washington, D.C., demonstrating his commitment to overseeing projects and ensuring the success of his international team.
